When starting the fight have 2-3 heavies (not the tank) head in front of Durchest and get aggro. They will receive a Debuff that slowly reduces their threat over time. Wait till the first add spawns, then have the tank run in and get aggro on him. The maximum the debuff can reach is 210% over 3 players meaning that 2 "decoys" will have -100% and the tank should have -10%. Main tank will hold near the wall at the end of the red carpet. All DPS need to be careful on the amount of DPS they are providing. A big critical hit when the debuff is high could cause the boss to pull off of the tank and most likley one-hit a non heavy class. Periodically, an add will spawn, and the third off tank needs to hold it while it is burned down. DPS is then redirected back at the boss. If anyone dies, Dúrchest will gain a big heal each time. Several deaths early on most likely means a wipe. After the adds cease the boss can be burned down and defeated.
